The Newest Innovation in Fibre Based Packaging Equipment Technology
The Right Technology to Create a Sustainable Competitive Advantage
The PAKIT100™ was designed to produce sustainable packaging in a sustainable manner.
Energy Efficient: The PAKIT100 uses significantly less energy to dry than other fibre moulding processes.
Microwave Drying: The PAKIT100 machine is the first to successfully use a microwave dryer. This all electric process allows for the use of renewable energy sources where available.
“Closed Loop” Water Cycle: The PAKIT100 can be configured to reuse and recover water from the forming tank and the condensed steam from the dryer.
Locally Sourced Raw Materials: The PAKIT100 can successfully use all types of natural cellulose fibres (virgin or recycled), which means that locally available raw materials can be used. This includes fibrous by-products from agricultural production (e.g. bagasse, kenaf, palm, etc.) that would otherwise be burned or land-filled.
