  Brian Birmingham - President and Chief Executive Officer & Director


With more than 20 years experience as a senior executive in the packaging and moulded pulp manufacturing industries, Brian Birmingham has a proven track record in management, technology and venture capital. He was the Founder and President of Impact Packaging, where he headed a team that built the world's largest pulp moulding facility. He was also instrumental in taking several new companies from start-up to commercial development, including building Canada's largest recreational vehicle company. During his impressive career, Brian Birmingham has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of six large companies in both the private and public sectors, and has been a member of the board of directors of three multinational corporations.
 
  R. Craig Barton - Director


Craig Barton has been a senior executive for 20 years, first as President and CEO of Barton Insurance Brokers Ltd. where he negotiated several acquisitions and implemented a hugely successful growth strategy. Later, as President and CEO of Hub International Barton Ltd., Craig led a regional acquisition and organic growth strategy, which resulted in expansion to over 50 offices in British Columbia. From 1998 - 2005 as Director at Hub Interntational Barton Ltd., he was involved in the expansion into the United States and the eventual head office move to Chicago, Illinois. As CEO and Director of Hub International, he initiated growth that put the company in place as one of the ten largest distributors of general insurance products in North America with annual sales of $443 Million USD and a market capitalization of $1.1 Billion USD. For 15 years, Craig has donated his time to Rotary Club activities and the Rich Hanson Institute fundraising activities.
 
  Carl Brandes - Director


Carl Brandes has more than 32 years experience at IBM Corporation in Sales, Marketing and Divisional Management positions, which included working as Project Manager and Financial Planner for IBM and the 1988 Olympic games. As well, he held a senior management position within IBM's Customer Support organization, where he managed a major profit center involving more than 1,200 customers in the oil and gas industry. He also has more than 10 years’ experience as a consultant in corporate restructuring for technology companies. Most recently, he served as Vice-President of Corporate Development & Sales for NGRAIN Corp, a breakthrough 3D Graphics company, and worked in a consulting capacity on the global restructuring of IBM worldwide.
 
  Daniel Byrne - Chief Financial Officer & Director


Daniel Byrne brings an impressive track record to the company, having served in leadership roles with start-ups as well as paper manufacturers with $100 million in sales. He was directly involved in building several successful companies, including Merfin International, Statpower/Xantrex Technology and Ballard Power Systems. His background as a CFO includes private companies as well as public companies trading on the Toronto, NASDAQ and Munich exchanges. In addition to his operational and financial experience, he has been intimately involved with merger and acquisition transactions - including five acquisitions and four sales - totaling more than $450 million.
 
Bud Kanke - Director


Bud Kanke, President and CEO of K Group Holdings Inc., is a Chartered Accountant with significant expereince in real estate development, merchant banking, corporate finance and merger and acquisition activities. In 1971 he founded Kanke Seafood Restaurants through which he developed and operated a total of ten restaurants and continues to operate Joe Fortes Seafood and Chop House. Bud Kanke is a two-time nominee for the British Columbia Entrepreneur of the Year Award, director of several public companies and a member of the World President's Organization. Bud is also a member of PAKIT's Audit Committee.
 
  Dwayne Yaretz - Director


During the last 25 years Dwayne Yaretz has been involved with numerous companies active in various commercial sectors. Initially Mr. Yaretz’s focus was in restructuring, management enhancement and recapitalization of distressed companies. Recognizing the growth potential in China in 1993, he joined China Power Corporation and Asia Power Engineering; both Hong Kong based companies specializing in design, construction and operations in the co-generation industry. Since 1996 Mr. Yaretz has acted for several publicly traded companies in various capacities including President and CEO, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yaretz has a track record for structuring both Initial Public Offerings and Reverse Takeovers for numerous ventures in business sectors including mining exploration, agri-business, technology and manufacturing.
